01I've never done anything like this before.

Most of the men who walk through Rebuilding Hope haven't either. You don't need to prep anything or put on a performance. Show up as you are and we move forward from there.

02I don't want to sit around talking about my feelings.

Good. That's not what we do here. This is plain, authentic conversation between men, grounded in Scripture and aimed at real life. No group hugs or fuzzy "woo" stuff.

03What if I don't have time?

The commitment is intentionally light, a couple of hours a week. Most men find this is the first thing they have done in years that gives back time, purpose, and meaning for their lives.

04Is this therapy?

No. This is a Christ-centered experience for men who want biblical truth and honest brotherhood while they do the work of facing themselves and bringing what they find to God to be restored.

05What if people I know see me here?
